- If you wish to apply for support for an amount of $10,000 or more, we ask you to download and complete this application form PDF [47k] or Word [256k] and send the completed form to the email address on the form.
- The application form contains detailed notes on the application process.
- For amounts less than $10,000, you can apply with your own proposal.
What sort of activities will we support?
As a Public Fund, we support activities that meet our objectives and charitable purposes.
Applicants will be notified of the outcome of the application, however we are unable to enter into discussions as to the reasons for any lack of success.
